Dr Nicholas Kearsley is a General Practitioner who really understands what is needed from an expert witness.

He has been preparing medico-legal reports for over 15 years and receives instructions from many of the UK’s leading firms of claimant Solicitors as well as insurance companies.

With a reputation built on excellence and strong professional ethics, Dr Kearsley has an enviable client base nationwide.

Dr Kearsley has considerable experience of all the stages of the medico-legal process, including giving evidence in court. He has extensive medico-legal training. He is a member of the UK Register of Expert Witness and on the APIL panel. Dr Kearsley is also a member of the AVMA Panel of Experts.
